What are your general comments on the idea of speculating on the nature of capability at VIII and IX even though they are outside of Jaques focus of capability in managerial hierarchies?

It's clear that VIII and IX are beyond the largest global corporations, that there is no boss above VIII setting a Time of Discretion, No accountability in his use of the word, and no organizational structure. :So how should we frame our discussion about a potential VIII and IX?
